Shipping & returns
Everything we send is packed by hand in Johannesburg, South Africa and tracked to your door.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are packed the same day and handed to the courier within 48 hours. You'll receive an email as soon as your parcel leaves the studio.
Delivery options
Standard courier (R99) arrives in 2–4 working days nationwide. Express courier (R149) arrives in 1–2 working days to main centres. Collection from our Johannesburg studio is free — we'll message you as soon as your order is ready.
Tracking
Every parcel is couriered with a tracking number. Once it's assigned, it appears on your order — use the Track Order page with your order number and email at any time, day or night.
Missed deliveries
Couriers attempt delivery twice. If nobody is available, the parcel is held at the nearest depot and we'll WhatsApp you the details so you can arrange collection or a redelivery.
Exchanges
Unworn items with original tags can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Message us on WhatsApp first so we can hold your replacement size. Return courier costs are for the customer's account.
Faulty items
In the unlikely event that something arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free collection and either replace the piece or refund you in full.
