How long does delivery take?

Standard courier is 2–4 working days nationwide, express is 1–2 working days, and collection from our Johannesburg studio is free and available the next working day. Everything is dispatched within 48 hours of your order.

How do I track my parcel?

As soon as your order is handed to the courier we add the tracking number to your order. Go to Track Order, enter your order number and the email you used, and you'll see the courier, tracking number and current status.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major debit and credit cards, processed securely in South African Rand. Your card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.

How does sizing work?

Most pieces run true to size from S to XL, and skirts have elasticated waists so they're forgiving. If you're between sizes, message us on WhatsApp with your measurements and we'll advise honestly.

Question 5

Can I exchange or return an item?

Accepted Answer

Yes — unworn items with tags still attached can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Message us first so we can reserve your replacement size. Return courier costs are for the customer's account unless the item is faulty.

Will sold-out pieces come back?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes. Our runs are small and often once-off, but if there's enough demand for a piece we'll try to restock it. Follow us on Instagram to hear first.

Do you deliver outside South Africa?

Accepted Answer

Not at the moment. If you're outside South Africa, message us on WhatsApp and we'll let you know when cross-border shipping opens.
