Privacy policy
What we collect
We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: your name, email address, mobile number and delivery address, plus the contents of your order. If you create an account we also store your login email.
Payment information
Card details are captured and processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To process and deliver your order, to send order and delivery updates, and to answer your questions. With your permission we may occasionally send news about new arrivals — you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
Only our courier partner (name, address, phone number for delivery) and our payment provider. We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as South African tax and consumer law requires. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@teeboutique.co.za and we'll action it within a reasonable period.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep your shopping bag and login session working. No advertising trackers are used.
